Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please submit a return instead and place a new order if you would like a different item.

How to Start a Return:
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. All returns are handled by mail only.

Return Shipping & Fees:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any return label. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
