We understand that circumstances change, and we try provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to our patients. Take note of the cancellation policy below:
- Final Payment: 30-day notice is required for cancellation and you consent to one final payment equal to your monthly rate.
- Access Period: Your access to care continues for the month following your final payment.
- You will need to email our Patient Coordinators at [email protected] to initiate cancellation.
- Annual memberships are non-refundable. You will have access to Spruce MD services through your 12-month agreement.
Refunds will not be given for any unused medical or dietician visits or unused or remaining time in your membership. We do not offer refunds on any of our membership plans. Please note that even after your membership has ended, you’ll have continued access to your visit notes, lab records, and handouts in your patient portal.
