We don’t do “quick-fix” diet pills. If medication is appropriate, we offer medically supervised weight management options, which can include prescription medication (like semaglutide) as part of a structured program, alongside nutrition coaching and ongoing body-composition tracking.

No. We may use short-term tracking tools (including food logging or calorie awareness) if they help you learn patterns and make progress, but our goal is to help you build a personalized, sustainable way of eating you can maintain without obsessively counting. We tailor plans to your diagnoses, lifestyle, and goals, and adjust as you progress.

It depends on your goals and the service you choose. For example, our Weight Management Program is structured with ongoing touchpoints (RD + NP visits) and monthly InBody check-ins, while standalone nutrition visits and memberships can be scheduled based on what you need and how fast you want to move. We’ll recommend a cadence that fits your timeline and keeps you progressing.
