It's About More Than "Sugar"

Standard advice often focuses on simply cutting sugar. But Insulin Resistance, the root cause of Type 2 Diabetes, is driven by inflammation, stress, sleep quality, and the timing of your meals, not just sweets.

Our Registered Dietitians look at the complete picture. We aim to restore your body’s sensitivity to insulin, allowing you to process energy efficiently and stabilize your energy levels all day long.

Targeted Support for Every Stage

Whether you were diagnosed yesterday or have managed diabetes for decades, we have a protocol for you.

Prediabetes

The critical window of opportunity. We intervene aggressively with lifestyle changes to prevent the progression to Type 2.

Type 2 Diabetes

Focusing on remission. We use low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory nutrition to lower blood sugar and protect heart health.

Gestational (GDM)

Protecting mom and baby. Specialized meal planning to keep blood sugar stable during pregnancy without deprivation.

Type 1 Support

Optimizing insulin-to-carb ratios and managing long-term health risks while maintaining athletic performance.

Stop Guessing. Start Seeing.

Blood sugar changes constantly. A finger prick only gives you a snapshot. A CGM gives you the full movie. We offer CGM programs to help you understand exactly how your body reacts to different foods, stress, and sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We don’t recommend cutting carbs out entirely. Instead, we help you choose the right carbs, in the right portions, at the right times, and pair them with protein/fiber/fat to support steadier blood sugar. We emphasize whole-food, minimally processed carbs (vs. “bag/box” refined carbs) as part of a sustainable plan.

Clinically, many experts use the term remission (not “cure”). Remission is possible for some people, especially with early intervention and meaningful lifestyle changes, and it’s defined as maintaining normal-range blood sugar measures for a period of time without glucose-lowering meds. Our role is to help you improve insulin sensitivity, lower A1C, and build a plan you can maintain, and we’ll be honest about what’s realistic for your situation.

Our medical team can prescribe diabetes medications as part of your care plan. We’ll review your health history, current labs, and goals, then make a personalized recommendation that may include medication support alongside nutrition and lifestyle changes.
